A Mystery Quilt adventure, be one of the first to put your name down to start in Feb. We will be running a FREE “FEELS LIKE HOME” sewing day, Pick up your first block and stay for the arvo, learn a variety ways to appliqué by hand or machine, embroidery stitches and other embellishments, Afternoon tea provided 12.30—4pm Saturday 4th March 2017.
Once a month on a Friday afternoon between 1 & 3pm, classes will be offered to help you with any difficulties you may encounter. We will be teaching two methods of appliqué turned edge, hand and machine or blanket stitch raw edge. You can come along pick up your block and stay for the class at a cost of $10 or alternatively receive a surprise parcel in your mail box monthly. Parcels will contain patterns never released before, fabric, lace, ric-rac and embellishments to complete a beautiful Shabby/Country/Garden style quilt.
Full range of Patterns, Embroidery threads, lace and ric-rac for Libby Richardson’s new Mystery Block Of the Month will be available at Yangery Cottage
The quilt is designed by Libby using one of the prettiest fabric ranges called Welcome Home. The finished size of the quilt will measure approximately 64" x 66", a perfect size to lay nicely on top of your bed or hang as a feature in any room.
This is how the Mystery Quilt Program will work.
* The price per month is $38.00 plus $6.00 postage anywhere in Australia.
* The first month will be a double payment and the last month is a credit.
* When you sign up, payment will not be processed until the parcel is ready to be sent in February 2017.
* This BOM quilt is a set of 15 patterns. You will receive 2 patterns in three of the twelve months.
* Over the twelve month program you will receive, all fabrics for the quilt top including binding, wool felt, 5 mts of lace, ric rac and any embellishments used on the quilt. It’s all packed and ready for you to enjoy.
* Thread packs will be available to order as an optional extra.
* Patterns will be available on their own for $13.30 each month plus $4.50 postage.
